Where would one find POL pullets in the Auckland and Waikato areas?

Prefer brown shaver but would consider other breeds.

I've got a couple in the past from a guy on trademe he's out the back of Papakura somewhere. Is there none on trademe?

All my spring hatched girls are just starting to lay or not far off so I would have thought there would be some around. Unfortunately I sold a bout a dozen of my POL leghorns last week

Me and hubby and 2 boys, Alpacas, Arapawa sheep, Lowline cattle, lots and lots of chooks and ducks ;)

Someone was de-stocking (or should that be de-flocking?) on TM for the franklin region about a week ago, $5 per hen. Mind you I think they were all sorts, not just brown shavers.

We also sold our POL's about a fortnight ago. Reducing the numbers to carry over winter.

As long as it's not de-frocking!

Did you know, that what you thought I said, was not what I meant :S

How many are you after? I should have some 17 week old Brown Shavers at the end of the month :-) I am in Hamilton, kind of near the zoo.
