Hi all,
I hear that the top food for liver health is Jerusalem Artichoke. I'm having trouble finding anywhere in Auckland that stocks them. If anyone has any growing I'b be keen to ship some to myself. Thanks, Yvonne

If you get any, do be careful...they can be very invasive, and very hard to eradicate!

If you don't find any closer, i'm in Canterbury. I'm happy to post some, will have to find out the cost etc. I have not found them to be invasive, our clay soil keeps them pretty contained. Growing in tubs or raised beds would work well, as they may indeed grow more voraciously in the Akld climate :)

They may be a good healthy food but be aware that in some people they promote copious quantities of gas. :S

Did you know, that what you thought I said, was not what I meant :S
