not for those. if i freeze cauliflower, broccoli, beans etc. in single variety bags, those i blanch beforehand. i only lightly steam those when i cook them. I never bother with tomato or capsicums tough.
my lazy cook bags go straight from freezer into pan where it does not matter if they keep their form. I've never had a problem with taste.
