Egg, Cheese and bacon sandwiches with a pot of jasmine green tea.

I had my greens when I got home from work, snacked on a plate of chopped cucumber, tomato and cheese.

Tonight is a big fat hearty pasta sauce made with a massive yellow courgette etc and hopefully a big green salad (if hubby reads my instructions when he gets home).

Vegetarian meal for me tonight. Cant be bothered thawing something, and with a third of a Kg in the lunchtime pasta I guess I probably have enough protein to last me until tomorrow.

Roast taters, kumara and pumpkin with boiled broccoli and cauliflower.

Really should have a hunk of beef, venison, mutton or goat in with the taters n co...

Tonight was corned beef hash - made from yesterday's leftover crockpot CB roast. Always yummy served with warm ham/cheese soft rolls filled with butter. Def not good for the cholesterol :D :D :D .
