Brown cere above the beak and around the nostrils = Female
Blue cere above the beak and around the nostrils = Male.
Your bird is Female...
The baby colour of the cere can change as the bird ages.

But more brown wrinkly, so definitely female. I have a couple of birds whose ceres are pink and smooth and they're male. It's quite a different look from the females though.

A hens cere changes throughout the year, with their hormonal cycle. They can vary from brown and rough to pale whitish blue and chalky looking. Adults males either have the solid blue or a pink/purple shade (for a few varieties) but they are always smooth and do not vary much over their lifetime.
