Does anyone in the wellington / wairarapa area know of anyone selling small quantities of hay. We are looking to buy around 10 bales for our goats and sheep?

No, sorry. Remember that your goats will enjoy sheep hay, but sheep need a much higher quality than goats. Also, if your sheep are not trained to eat hay then they will not unless they have "relations" that eat hay. Our goats trained our sheep to eat hay, thank goodness :-).
Notwithstanding the above observation, we got some very rough hay made this year that was only suitable for bedding .... except everything (cattle, donkeys, goats and sheep) really enjoy eating it :-).

Thank you, yes I did try them but price was ridiculous. I tracked down a farm contractor in carterton who sold us a dozen bales of great quality hay at reasonable price. Lovely people who we will definitely use in the future.
